“Nick is phenomenal. There are tens of thousands of realtors in Houston and after working with Nick, I will never go to someone else. The biggest advantage to Nick, which should be a differentiator for any truly good realtor, is prior history of remodeling and flipping homes. The knowledge that Nick had only can come from years of experience doing the work yourself. Anyone can be good at getting paperwork together and structuring a deal like Nick also did, but the hands on experience really blew us away compared to others. I can't even equate into dollars what Nick saved us by explaining potential work a house needed just from an initial walk through, expensive and well done renovations that prior owners made that to a novice wouldn't seem impressive. Nick also was very helpful in recommending people he personally had used for the remodels that we did want to make in the home. Nick was a fantastic realtor and even better guy.
