Realtor Lita Janssen understands customer service and how important it is to treat every client as if they are the only client. Prior to becoming a successful real estate professional, Lita worked in the retail apparel industry, construction services and in the oil business as software engineer . "The entrepreneurial spirit and the work ethic carries over into my real estate career," says Lita.

As a child Lita was exposed to construction sites. "During my college years I help as a supervisor to builders in my neighborhood. I always had an eye for project development and I really enjoy working with builders as well as clients who are building a home". Lita likes to do additions and remodeling time to time.
