I was born and raised in Houston; however, I've been a resident of Waller County the past 32 years. My mom and dad were both from Fayette and Lee County, so I've traveled these roads through Brenham and surrounding counties all my life and still have many family members in the area. I have lived the city life and the country life and they both have their own perks, but you can't beat the peaceful charm of country living. I am happily married with 3 grown children who have graduated from Texas A&M and SHSU. I enjoy spending as much time with family and friends as possible. In my free time, I love adventure and enjoy the outdoors including hunting, fishing and traveling. Everyone knows, given the opportunity to GO, I'm there! I was raised in Waller County. This has given me an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2018. My work experience hasn't always been in real estate. I spent years in professional printing before working for Waller ISD for 18 years, gaining a ton of friends including co-workers and former students all the while putting on local benefits to help people in the community, I was also a former volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for many years before retiring; it is only natural that I is able to combine my love of Waller, and surrounding counties with the love of wanting to help people, to now developing a successful real estate business. I am lucky enough to have turned my personal passion into my career and have spent the last couple years helping others find their home while also finding that perfect buyer for a home. In addition to being a native Houstonian and real estate sales agent, Kimberly has a background in business and real estate law. Kimberly received her bachelors degrees—one in business finance and one in business marketing—from Texas A&M University. After graduating cum laude from Texas A&M University, Kimberly attended law school in downtown Houston where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2013. After graduating law school, Kimberly had the privilege of practicing real estate law for some of the top law firms world wide. As part of her legal real estate practice, Kimberly assisted clients in acquisitions and dispositions of multi-million dollar commercial, industrial and multi-family properties. Kimberly is married to Scott and together, they have two little boys, Konrad and Kohen, and a boxer puppy named Deuce.  In a house full of boys, there is never a dull moment for Kimberly and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Rendy Elizalde is a lifelong resident of Waller County, a graduate of Waller High School and Texas A&M University. With over 27 years of experience in sales, Rendy found her true calling in the real estate industry. Her exceptional 20+ year track record is a testament to her skills and dedication. Having been recognized annually as a Top Producer and a Broker Associate she has successfully represented numerous buyers and sellers across Waller, Harris, Montgomery, Ft.
