A native Texan, Shelby has lived in Houston for more than 30 years. A licensed Realtor¨ since 1983, she has won numerous awards for the results she has produced for her customers. They in turn, have rewarded her with many referrals in recognition of her helpful, low key style. As a relocation specialist, she has extensive knowledge of neighborhoods throughout Houston and surrounding communities. Her unique expertise has aided her in helping families relocate to many of the master planned communities throughout the greater Houston are and adjacent counties.

As a graduate of Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Education, Shelby understands the importance of constantly improving her professional skill. On the state level, she holds the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR¨ Institute) designation. On the national level, Shelby has earned the prestigious CRS designation and the ABR designation. CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) is the highest professional designation available for residential real estate agents, and the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) allows Shelby to provide buyers with a higher level of service.

A consistent top producer, Shelby is also involved in civic and school activities, serving as an officer in her neighborhood civic association, a Bayou Bend docent, for 10 years, a member of Women's Club of Houston, and in 2003 completed The Master Gardener Program.

A lifelong equestrian, Ashley is a lover of all things that come with life in the country! Since her move to Fayette County in 2002, she's accumulated 4 horses, 5 dogs and too many crossbred cows, chickens and Guinea to count! Her affectionate Jack Russell terriers bring her happiness, as do the opportunities she has to compete, in equestrian sports. Ashley understands the meaning of commitment and dedication, exemplified not only in the two riding styles she has mastered (both English and Western), but equally in the level of service she gives to each client. Ashley believes finding Round Top Real Estate was all part of God's plan which is why ethics and honesty are, in her words, "a necessary component of every day." "It's impossible to be in the country and be in a bad mood at the same time!" After leaving a 40-year career in banking in Houston, Lila joined Round Top Real Estate in late 2011. Lila is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Houston. She has strong lifelong ties to the Round Top area and loves and appreciates all Round Top has to offer. Lila's great grandparents emigrated from Germany and settled in northern Fayette County. Her parents and grandparents were born and lived in the Round Top area. She is proud to now own a part of her grandparent's farm. Lila's husband, Barton, was born in Burton and grew up in the La Bahia community. They have one son, Phillip Brau Garlin, a graduate of the University of Kansas, who lives and works in Houston. Since Barton's retirement from Chevron Corporation, they have ranched on the family properties. The La Bahia property has been continuously owned by the family and kept in agricultural operation since the early 1870s, gaining it the proud recognition as a State of Texas Family Land Heritage property — a "Century Farm." Lila's history of the area and her love for this part of Texas gives her a unique perspective to share with her clients. Lila enjoys her association with several local organizations — The Sons of Hermann Round Top Lodge #151, the Round Top DYD Club, the Carmine Lions Club, the Republican Women of Fayette County, the La Bahia Turn Verein, the Navidad Valley Cattle Women, the Carmine Chamber of Commerce and the Walhalla Homemakers Club. She attends Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Round Top.

Pam Langford has all of the qualifications, talents and background needed to be the best possible Realtor. Over and above her past experience in accounting for an oil and gas company, Pam has spent the last two decades as the CEO of her household – that is, as a stay-at-home mom raising two now-grown children and developing invaluable skills that are assets for her clients – talents like organization, diplomacy, patience, commitment, negotiation and compromise.

Very active in her community, Pam can also add her work as a volunteer, in endeavors that require the ability to work around issues, get along with people and build compromise. As she notes, volunteering prepares you for unique challenges not often found in the normal work environment.

In the process, she has learned all of those important details, resources and support needed to fulfill the dreams of families she now helps as a Realtor – things like “must have” home features, neighborhood amenities and places of interest, area histories, which are the excellent schools, and where to find the best shopping, available sports, top notch recreational activities, nearest healthcare facilities, and so much more.

Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Pam moved to Plano, Texas in 1974 before settling in Houston in 1997. Having purchased and sold many homes, she knows from experience the ups and downs of the home selling/buying experience and believes that knowledge can be helpful to those relocating to Houston. “I would like prospective clients to know that I am on their side and will help guide them to their best decision,” says Pam.

About choosing a career in real estate, she adds, “I spent 21 years attending to the high calling of being a mom and wife, and instilling in my children that they can truly be whatever they desire. They are off to college with confidence and it was time for me to apply that same philosophy to myself, become a Realtor and help others achieve their goals.”

Pam and her husband, Tom, are residents of West University, which she believes is a very special place to live, but also love their weekend home in Round Top, Texas.
