I, myself, have come full circle back to the Houston area in 17 years by way of Virginia, Illinois, North Dallas and Indiana.     As the Broker/Owner of Gulf Coast Properties & GCP Commercial, Cameron Crouch has over 19 years of experience in the real estate business. Cameron received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate in 2004 from Baylor University. Cameron grew up in Friendswood, TX and still resides there with his wife and two daughters. He and his wife, Katy, work together to take on day-to-day tasks in the office and do residential sales together. Katy Crouch has worked in and around real estate for about 18 years as well, while obtaining her salesperson license almost 13 years ago.

    In the most recent years, Cameron has shown a great presence in the commercial industry. His strong negotiating skills, persistence, and desire to please his clients have led him to take on great things in the commercial side of real estate. He has built great working relationships with a multitude of large companies and is known to some local realtors and lawyers as "the commercial broker" in town.

    His recent tasks have included strategically acquiring large tracts of land for a large company for future development, leasing out multiple office and retail spaces and some managing of tenants, selling odd-ball commercial properties and finding buyers for the highest and best use. He has worked with many other business' to help them expand on new levels.

    Cameron has been featured in the Houston Chronicle Business section Deal Of The Week not once, but twice now. Once from representing a large engineering company serving the oil and gas pipeline industry to acquire a new building for their new headquarters in 2016. In 2017, he was featured with the owners of Big Horn BBQ for their acquisition of land for their second location in Manvel, TX.

    When Cameron is not working, he loves spending time with his family, going to the lake, skiing in Colorado, and has a passion for airplanes as he used to be a commercial airline pilot.
